Return and Refund Policy (Applicable in Hong Kong Only)

We accept returns only for damaged or defective paperback items. This policy applies exclusively to paperback editions and does not apply to digital pages or any other product types.

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only applicable to orders delivered within Hong Kong.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be a paperback edition.
  • The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The request must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@calming-time.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Replacement Process

We do not process direct exchanges or replacements.
After your return is accepted, you will need to place a new order for a replacement item.


Refunds

Refunds are not issued under this policy. Returns are handled solely for the purpose of allowing reordering of a new item once the original return is received and approved.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital pages or ebook formats
  • Non-damaged or non-defective items
  • Orders delivered outside of Hong Kong
